Update Crew Information

If you are a crew member who has previously entered their information on the USS O'HARE web site you now must update your information. You must complete all required fields including address and phone number. You may uncheck these fields if you do not want them visible on the web site. Please do the following:

1) Enter the email address you used when adding/updating your crew information previously.

2) Click "Submit."

You will then be given the opportunity to update your crew information.

If your information is not found, check the email address you provided or contact the site administrator.
